By placing and order at Kitsch UK (www.diysextoys.co.uk), you declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete the order.

All goods sold through this site are sold as 'novelty goods'. The vendor Kitsch Uk cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

VIEW CART - will show you what items you have added to your shopping cart allowing you to delete items and amend quantities.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Electron, Solo, Switch, Maestro and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling FREE shiping on all United Kingdom ONLINE ORDERS over £40.

We now offer 2 options for postage within the United Kingdom, either FIRST CLASS or EXPRESS DELIVERY


To Select UK - EXPRESS DELIVERY just select "UNITED KINGDOM" then click NEXT and under "CLASS OF SERVICE" select "Express Delivery" from the drop down menu - it normally defaults to First Class Post..


Option 1 - UK First Class post just select United Kingdom then First Class Post.

Most United Kingdom orders are dispatched within 1 working day and received within 2 - 4 working days by first class post - Royal Mail. We are unable to guarantee delivery times on this service. Postage rates START from just £2.50 but FREE shipping is given on all online purchases over £40


Option 2 - UK - EXPRESS DELIVERY

Fixed Price of £7.50 on all online orders.

Orders are sent on a sign for service and delivered within 2 working days. Please list a delivery address where the goods can be signed for, to ensure delivery. i.e work address.

Orders will be delivered by courier between 09.00 - 17.30 hours Monday - Friday.

Please note if you are not in to sign for the package, the goods will be held for your collection at our courier's nearest parcel depo. You only have 7 days to collect your parcel otherwise the package will be returned to sender and additional postal charges will be applied. If you wish to cancel your order at this point we will only refund you the cost of the goods sold, once the items have been sent back to us.

This service is only available to customers in England, Scotland (Not Highlands) and Wales (Mainland UK only and NOT HIghlands of Scotland)

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will delete it from your order and make the necessary adjustments
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any of our products please return them to us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Please ensure you email us first for returns instructions. Please note we are unable to accept any returns after 7 working days of receipt of your goods. Any faults / defects MUST be reported to us by email within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We are unable to look into any matter or query after 5 weeks has lapsed from your order date.

Please note the telephone number shown is an order hotline number only and general product enqueries, all other correspondence must be sent via email.
Privacy Policy Kitsch Uk do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy If for whatever reason you do not wish to keep your purchase, then return the item to us, unused and in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Please note we only refund the actual cost of the goods in question and not any post or packaging costs incurred.

Any faults / defects MUST be reported to us by email within 3 working days of receipt of your order, this is a reasonable length of time for you to inspect and check your goods. Email confirmation must be confirmed by us on all returns within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Email: sales@diysextoys.co.uk - quoting your order number and full name - we are UNABLE to investigate any query without an order number and as such will not be able to answer any emails without this information..

Our returns conditions are:
Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
Goods must be returned back within 7 days from the day you received your order.
Goods must be returned with a copy of the invoice or dispatch note as we require this for proof of purchase of the said goods.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. Notice is given that free offers will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level. Please note that postage is not refundable.

We will not refund any monies for item sent back to us for what ever reason until we are in receipt of the goods - From this date, one must allow 30 days for refunds to be processed. Please note that credit card refunds will be made without further notification to yourself.

When returning goods, please obtain your own receipt of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost / damaged in transit.


ALL ITEMS must be returned back to us within 7 days from receipt of delivery and you must provide us with the original invoice or despatch note as proof of purchase, otherwise we are unable to process the refund.

We will not process any refunds for goods sent back after 7 days for whatever reason.
